Walter W. (Pete) Stout offers mediation, arbitration, and case evaluation services throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He has maintained a high success rate mediating cases since his retirement.

During his years of practice, Pete Stout became a principal in the firm of Shaia, Stout and Markow. The firm had a general civil and criminal law practice, covering all trial and appellate courts. He retirred in 2012 and has maintained a mediation practice since that date.
